Employment Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR programs
• Conduct client assessments and interviews for eligibility
• Know clients, goals, and employer matches for case management
• Communicate effectively to document care and support plans
• Assist clients with career growth and employment at or above minimum wage
• Provide ongoing employment skills development

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in social services preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• 1 year related crisis/employment services experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle access
• Self-starter with good time management and problem solving
• Flexible schedule
