Enablement Platform Manager

📋 Description

• Own governance, admin, and learning-pathway practices for NIQ Revenue Enablement tech ecosystem.
• Ensure scalable, governed learning journeys and content structures for sellers and managers.
• Collaborate with enablement program owners, GTM, product marketing, and tech partners.
• Improve discovery, content health, and user experience across the enablement platform.
• Lead cross-functional governance and platform operations in a global, matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–10+ years in sales enablement, learning operations, or enablement tech.
• Experience with governance processes, operating models, and lifecycle management.
• Experience administering enablement tech, knowledge bases, or content hubs.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and onboarding needs.
• Ability to build learning pathways and improve discoverability and adoption.
