📋 Description

  • Provide single point of contact for NEC employees for desktop computing support
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot problems in person, by phone, or via remote access
  • Support cross-platform environment (Windows, iOS)
  • Onsite and remote technical support for staff in Hemel Hempstead office and wider business
  • Document, track, monitor problems in Helpdesk system (ISM) for timely resolutions

🎯 Requirements

  • Ability to setup and maintain components and peripheral accessories
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 & 11 experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Knowledge of laptop & desktop hardware (RAM, SSD/HDD)
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, able to work with minimal supervision
