📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and ensure Axuall customers realize value from solutions.
• Establish implementation strategy, engage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business
• Coordinate delivery by aligning requirements, timelines, readiness, and communications.
• Monitor progress against success criteria; manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead post-go-live optimization to ensure customers meet Implementation Success Plan.
• Improve methodologies, governance, and standards to enhance delivery quality and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, engagement management, enterprise software implementation, or related
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and customer onboarding, preferably in
