Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Engagement lifecycle: SOW to closeout.
• Primary customer contact; deliver status updates and manage expectations.
• Manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements with quality.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Support, Enablement, and Product teams.
• Proactively identify risks and issues; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in engagement/project management, preferably technical/software.
• Managed multiple concurrent engagements; maintain quality across all.
• Experience with enterprise customers and customer-facing communication.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, product) and managed resources.
• Experience with Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools.
• Handled scope changes and complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Startup mindset; thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives.
