📋 Description

• Senior client-facing leadership role delivering technology engagements
• Balance client outcomes, delivery quality, account growth, and profitability
• Collaborate with senior client leaders, project managers, and technical teams
• Identify expansion opportunities, develop SOWs, support renewals, and convert evolving client needs
• Translate complex tech topics into clear business outcomes and recommendations
• Shape strategic accounts and drive measurable client and business value in a remote-first

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience with project delivery/leadership roles (PM, Senior PM, Delivery Lead
• Proven ownership of technology project delivery: milestones, budgets, quality, risks, SLAs
• Proven ability to develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders (Director, VP
• Strong experience growing accounts: expansions, SOWs, renewals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate tech topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
