🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 6 years in medical staff services or related operational initiatives
• Minimum 3+ years managing others
• Experience leading comprehensive engagements or work teams
• Strong understanding of medical executive committees, bylaws, credentialing, and staff governance
• Experience facilitating internal and external meetings
