Engagement Manager (Homeland Layered Defense), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Own customer relationships across the account with senior government leaders and program offices
• Build structured user-engagement programs reaching operators and analysts
• Translate operational workflows into well-defined AI and agentic workflow use cases
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government
• Plan and execute engagement weeks, user testing events, demonstrations, and on-site activities
• Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, product
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and hands-on users
• Experience translating complex workflows into structured technical or product requirements
• Strong technical fluency to discuss AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government leaders
