Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations for client engagements.
• Manage and develop a team of up to 10 consultants/analysts.
• Act as sponsor, architect, or project manager on key engagements.
• Advise on standard functionality and leading industry practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Define data migration strategy and lead migration activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, accounting, CS, or IS.
• 6+ years NetSuite configuration/consulting; 8+ life cycle implementations.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
• SuiteCloud expertise: SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk.
• Data migration planning and Go-Live data loads.
