Engagement Manager, Private Equity

📋 Description

• Onboard private-equity-backed customers and guide FP&A workflows adoption.
• Serve as primary contact and trusted partner as customers expand platform use.
• Understand each customer's financial infrastructure, processes, requirements, and priorities.
• Identify adoption gaps and drive increased usage across portfolio.
• Support workflows including financial reporting, budgeting, headcount planning, and other FP&A
• Manage multiple customers, projects, priorities, and deadlines with high service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A, strategic finance, private equity, or related finance function experience in a
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets with financial modeling and complex data handling.
• Solid understanding of FP&A processes and translating financial requirements into
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills; credible with finance professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Ownership mindset, initiative, and problem-solving.
