Manage customer relationships from executive to end user
Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team and refine them with customers
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver AI/ML objectives
Proactively identify customer needs and pain points to ensure customer success
Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance
5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise-scale
Track record of analytics-driven problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Colorado Springs 4 days/week and travel at least 25%
