Provide education on eligibility and caregiver expectations.
Maintain high standards for case notes and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with telephonic sales.
Experience managing high call volumes (inbound/outbound).
Positive, can-do attitude aligned with values.
Empathy, active listening, and patience in service.
Articulate case statuses with detailed notes (Salesforce).
Strong phone issue resolution for eager clients.
