Contribute to the XBAT flight control system for robustness across all flight phases
Design and implement flight control laws for multiple regimes
Build high-fidelity 6DOF simulation environments for control development
Verify with linear analysis, Monte Carlo, disturbance testing, and HIL validation
Diagnose simulation-to-test mismatches and modeling gaps
Support flight test ops and rapid iteration between flights

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in flight controls / GNC on real flight vehicles
Experience in vehicle modeling & simulation for 6DOF environments
Control law design for inner/outer loops on fixed-wing aircraft
Control allocation for over-actuated systems
Trajectory generation algorithm experience
Validation: linear/nonlinear/Monte Carlo analyses; robustness studies
