Engineer II, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support Forbes infrastructure for a remote and hybrid workforce.
• Lead email security posture using Mimecast/Proofpoint; manage security policies, threat protection
• Maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC; improve deliverability and anti-spoofing defenses.
• Investigate phishing and impersonation; lead awareness and simulations with Cybersecurity.
• Support endpoints, identity, and access management across platforms.
• Hybrid work with minimum three in-person days per week at Jersey City HQ.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or Infrastructure.
• 3+ years hands-on Mimecast administration, or comparable gateway (Proofpoint or Defender for O365).
• Strong email security background including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-phishing, and threat response.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf Pro.
• Windows and macOS administration expertise.
• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
