Engineer II, Structural Analysis (R5166)

📋 Description

• Engineer II to support structural analysis and testing of advanced UAVs
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Systems, Propulsion, and Aerospace Engineers on airframe structures
• Design, analyze, test, and optimize lightweight aircraft components
• Ensure performance, weight, and safety requirements are met
• 2+ years' experience to gain expertise in FEA, composites, testing, and loads analysis

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in structural analysis, FEM, or aircraft loads analysis
• Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, or similar)
• Strong hand calculations for structural strength, stability, and fatigue
• Knowledge of composite materials and lightweight aerospace structures
• Familiarity with static, vibration, and fatigue testing
