Engineer III

📋 Description

• This position supports Domino’s Supply Chain capacity projects via process engineering, equipment
• Lead process engineering for capacity projects: layout, flow, specs, utilities, installation
• Analyze current and future processes to improve safety, quality, labor efficiency, throughput
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, process mapping, standard work, and other CI methods to
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, PMO, Maintenance, Safety, and
• Develop and maintain process docs, standards, training materials, and project closeout information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in process/project engineering, CI, manufacturing ops, or capital projects; food
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process mapping, standard work.
• Ability to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and communicate improvements
• Knowledge of production equipment, processes, quality/safety standards, and project execution best
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills; Microsoft Office; PM, data analysis, visualization
