Engineer: Tier 2 (On-site)

📋 Description

• Provide remote and on-site support across North America in diverse client environments.
• Design/install physical infrastructure, wireless design, and hardware configuration.
• Travel up to 75% for on-site deployments and installations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise network design/support experience (IEEE 802.11, WAN/LAN, QoS, TCP/IP).
• Hands-on Cisco wireless APs/controllers experience.
• Ekahau Pro Suite and Sidekick familiarity; CompTIA A+/Network+ or CCNA preferred.
• Strong English communication; familiarity with Office 365 products; keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel domestically up to 85-90%.
