Engineering Director

📋 Description

• Own Shared Services / Platform area; report to VP of Engineering and work with Head of Delivery
• Lead teams using PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and Vue.js in Websites, Billing, Payments, Platform, and
• Set high standards for team operations and ownership from code to production
• Collaborate with product, engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners to address right
• Introduce clarity in a fast-moving environment and promote AI-assisted engineering
• Define metrics for outcome and impact for platform/internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficiency with PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Python, Node.JS, GO, and/or Vue.js
• Strong interest in AI-assisted engineering and adoption
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Independent, senior-level work style with strong stakeholder management
• Excellent English communication
