Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Single point of technical accountability for data center projects
• Coordinate discipline engineers and drive cross-discipline design issues
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with commissioning requirements
• Oversee vendor packages and field engineering support
• Drive commissioning readiness and turnover to managed services
• Direct and develop the project’s discipline engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering on data center/critical facilities
• Fluent across electrical distribution, cooling, and controls
• Owner/EPC design management on $250M+ projects; hyperscale preferred
• Bachelor’s in engineering; PE preferred
• Experience with stage-gate reviews and log closure
• Willingness to travel ~50% to project sites
