• Engineering Lead for the Acquisition team overseeing delivery, reliability and developer experience.
• Ship production code and provide technical coaching; no line management.
• Define how AI tools and coding agents are used to speed delivery while maintaining quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to co-lead a team with a PM, owning delivery and outcomes.
• Hands-on engineering with TypeScript in production.
• Significant experience with AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3
• Pragmatic tech decision-making balancing reliability, observability, performance and cost.
• Strong communication and ability to raise engineering standards via reviews, pairing and design
• Experience improving developer experience, CI/CD, release practices and delivery cadence.
