🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineers with technical credibility and close coding involvement.
• Strong performance bar, agile execution, small tickets, fast cycles, and effective retrospectives.
• Experience managing managers, developing talent, and providing measurable team performance feedback.
• Ability to co-author high-level solution plans with product leadership.
• Background in financial services, payments, or regulated industries with a focus on correctness.
• Exposure to distributed systems, real-time data, and modern cloud infrastructure.
