📋 Description

• Lead Skylar AI teams and guide engineers.
• Manage teams of 4-10 software engineers on real-time data pipelines.
• Mentor and develop team members; guide delivery plans.
• Hands-on design contribution and problem solving.
• Collaborate on architecture and integration with platform components.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of telemetry stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in management.
• Proficient in Go, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Agile development and Jira or similar project tools.
• Strong backend, APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
• Cloud-native practices: Kubernetes, containers, Helm, Docker, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with LLM-based systems or AI operations.
