🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing engineers and delivering products.
• Web app focus; Ruby on Rails, AWS; CI/CD experience a plus.
• Strong system design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Experience with Agile and project management tools.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
