📋 Description

• Lead a Web Backend team in a dynamic environment with cross-team comms
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliveries and scalable architecture decisions
• Bridge English-speaking developers with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• Drive organizational changes and contribute to the technical roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading web application teams
• Experience as software engineer (backend or frontend)
• Proven contributions to scalable architectures and designs
• Strong task definition and breakdown skills
• Stakeholder management, coordination and conflict handling
• Business-level English communication
• Conversational Japanese required for managers
