Own services, infra, and evaluation frameworks for medication recommendations.
Establish standards, testing, observability, and validation for clinical safety and reliability.
Drive a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in people management.
Experience shipping complex healthcare/enterprise SaaS products.
Ability to present strategy to executives and engage in reviews.
Backend experience with AWS/GCP, Postgres/MySQL, SQS/Kafka.
Go programming experience.
Fluency with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI-powered systems.
