Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical leadership role to support engineers and delivery at a high level
• Lead a team building end-to-end customer workflows on core platform and/or AI-powered features
• Role is hired through an Employer of Record partner in the Czech Republic

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing software engineers and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong technical background in modern web app development and API/backend design
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with AI/ML engineering and deploying production AI services is a plus
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration across UX, Product, and Cloud/DevOps teams
