• Lead a small founding team of engineers and data scientists building high-throughput services for

• Set technical and cultural direction; drive hiring and maintain high hiring standards.
• Operate AI-native systems at scale; build and coach a team leveraging AI to deliver at 10x.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in engineering with real-time systems that shipped and operated production.
• Demonstrable AI proficiency; able to lead and coach an AI-driven team.
• Strong technical depth in systems and ML; able to guide hard calls and review work.
• Track record of hiring and growing high-performing engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to own delivery end-to-end and create clarity where there was ambiguity.
