• 5+ years of professional software development
• Proven experience leading teams building highly available, distributed cloud apps
• Strong frontend expertise with modern web technologies
• Excellent communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing scalable architectures
• Mentorship and people-management skills
