Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers with ownership mindset.
• Own technical direction, architecture, and delivery roadmap.
• Design agentic workflows for AI systems to plan and test autonomously.
• Spend ~20-30% of time contributing to production code and reviews.
• Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt without impacting production.
• Establish engineering practices, SLAs, observability, and security standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in engineering management, remote agile teams.
• Hands-on coding and production systems experience.
• Architectural decision-making and complex problem solving.
• Hands-on with LLM/agentic features in production or leading in related areas.
• Strong TS, Node.js, AWS, and React skills; API design exp.
• GraphQL and Kafka familiarity a plus.
