🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as a manager in startup/scale-up
• Strong technical background (IC → EM path)
• Calm, thoughtful communicator in ambiguity
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping team dynamics
• Comfort with messy, complex systems and structure-driven leadership
