Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team responsible for payment integrations at global scale
• Define and drive technical strategy for payments, APIs, and backend systems
• Guide architectural decisions around integration patterns, microservices, and payment infra
• Mentor engineers, handle hiring, coaching, and performance development
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Payments, and cross-functional teams to align technical
• Promote engineering best practices in API design, testing, security, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Strong backend leadership with payments/fintech domain knowledge
• Experience with Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar languages
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and integration design
• SQL and relational database experience; secure software development practices
• Experience delivering software in agile environments; excellent communication
