📋 Description

• Drive frontend and backend excellence across the team’s services, maintaining reliability for
• Architect our backend systems using modern design patterns and technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, UX, and Design to shape a technical roadmap for customers.
• Adopt agentic tooling, open source tech, or new vendors to advance the team.
• Embed a security mindset in all builds, keeping customer safety front and center.
• Use data and retrospectives to evolve team productivity and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software development with strong IC foundation.
• 3+ years of direct people management (team leadership or tech-lead with people ownership).
• Proven track record launching and operating full stack, production-scale projects with SLOs.
• Deep knowledge of identity access management and developer-focused security products.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar to review code and designs.
• Cloud-native infra experience: GCP or equivalent, serverless (Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Azure
