🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in software development with solid IC foundation.
- 3+ years direct people management: leading a team, mentoring engineers, or tech-lead with people
- Track record launching/operating full stack, production-scale projects with SLOs.
- Deep knowledge of identity access management and developer-focused security products.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar language to review code and designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infra: GCP (or equivalent), Cloud Run, AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
The team’s domain is broad; ideal candidates have depth in areas like: ReBAC/ABAC (Zanzibar-style systems), multi-tenant modeling, GraphQL design, search/indexing (Elasticsearch), event pipelines, notifications, migrations without disruption, vendor evaluation for platform capabilities, and developer-facing surfaces like CLIs and public APIs.
