Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Data Collection team that builds and operates systems to discover, scan, and collect
• Own people leadership, technical roadmap, delivery, and operational health; partner with Product
• Guide architecture across scanning, orchestration, protocols, distributed services, ingestion
• Drive data coverage, freshness, fidelity, reliability, and cost efficiency through measurable

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering management or team leadership experience (3+ years).
• Proven track record leading large technical initiatives from planning to production.
• Experience as software or systems engineer operating production systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS).
• Experience with data-intensive systems (streaming, ingestion pipelines, queues, databases
• Experience operating production systems: monitoring, incident response, capacity planning
