Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on full-stack product development, data
• Own people, processes, and technical direction for engineers working in C#, SQL, Vue 3, Power BI
• Partner with Product, Data, and Clinical Operations to translate requirements into technical plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering management or team lead roles
• Experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
• Hands-on background with C#/.NET and SQL
• Experience leading data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT, orchestration)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI platforms in a team-management context
• Experience with Vue 3 or other modern JS frameworks
