• Own the technical strategy and roadmap, translating goals into action
• Manage day-to-day execution of the team's work

• Stay hands-on: build and ship the runtime platform and tooling

• Build primitives that are composable and reusable across agents

🎯 Requirements

• Have 10+ years building and operating large-scale platforms or distributed systems
• 1+ years of management experience building platforms or agents at scale
• Experience with container or VM orchestration at scale
• Interested in transformative AI and committed to safe deployment
• Experience with capacity planning across multiple cloud providers
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting internal partners
