📋 Description

• Lead engineers building and scaling integrations for Constructor’s agentic products.
• Work across Product, ML, Customer Success, Solutions, and Core Engineering to prioritize customer
• Set technical and operational direction for the team, focusing on scalable integrations and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading an engineering team.
• Strong background in backend, full-stack, platform, or applied ML product engineering.
• Experience leading teams building customer-facing, production-grade systems or integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, triage, and ability to translate issues into technical plans.
• Comfort working directly with customers, including scoping and troubleshooting.
• English on B2 level or higher; able to attend meetings 1300-1700 UTC.
