📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of AI engineers, fostering ownership and engineering
• Define the technical vision and architecture for an AI product with focus on performance
• Contribute hands-on to design and optimization of production AI systems (model serving, inference
• Oversee the AI platform, including GPU infrastructure, model deployment, versioning, embedding
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to align priorities and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in engineering management or technical
• Proven experience building/operating production AI/ML platforms or inference infrastructure (model
