Engineering Manager - AI Product

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small team of AI engineers
• Define technical vision and architecture for AI product
• Hands-on design and optimization of production AI systems
• Oversee AI platform including GPU infra, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Backend teams
• Conduct performance reviews and provide technical mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in mgmt/leadership
• Experience building/operating production AI/ML platforms
• Strong Python backend and distributed systems; Go/Rust a plus
• Hands-on with LLM tech: model APIs, serving, vector DBs, retrieval
• Knowledge of AI quality eval, observability, monitoring
• Cloud/AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, Linux, networking
