🎯 Requirements

7+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership/engineering management.
Proven experience with AI/ML platforms or inference infrastructure in production.
Strong Python; systems language (Go, Rust) a plus.
Familiar with LLM stacks, model APIs, open-weight models, and retrieval/vector DBs.
Cloud/cloud-native: AWS, GPU compute; Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi/AWS CDK).
CI/CD automation and Linux networking/monitoring knowledge.
