Engineering Manager - AI Product

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of AI engineers, fostering ownership and engineering
• Define technical vision and architecture for the AI product with high standards for performance
• Contribute hands-on to design and optimization of production AI systems (model serving, inference
• Oversee end-to-end AI platform (GPU infrastructure, deployment, versioning, embedding pipelines
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to align priorities and
• Conduct performance reviews and mentoring, translating long-term goals into execution plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in engineering management or technical
• Proven experience building/operating production AI/ML platforms or inference infrastructure (model
• Strong backend engineering skills with Python; distributed systems experience; knowledge of Go
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM technologies (model APIs, open-weight models, serving
• Solid understanding of AI quality evaluation, benchmarking, observability, regression testing, and
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, containerization, IaC, CI/CD
