• Lead and mentor a team of senior software engineers.

• Drive AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Guide development of modern full-stack apps using TS, React, Next.js, shadcn/ui, Supabase/Postgres

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering technically.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, RAG) into products.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps.
• Relational databases knowledge with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
