🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring, and delivering with accountability.
• Hands-on with integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, RAG) into products/processes.
• Strong web development with TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Proven design of scalable APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native apps.
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL); CI/CD, testing, observability knowledge.
