• 8+ years software engineering experience engineering prod systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Hands-on AI capabilities: LLMs, AI agents, RAG, AI-powered workflows.
• Strong web dev with TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Design scalable APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native apps.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL); CI/CD, testing, observability.
