Oversee architecture, design, analysis, release, and sustaining efforts
Collaborate across systems, structures, aero, propulsion, and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
10+ years in aerospace mechanisms and actuated system design, build, test, flight
2+ years of team leadership
Strong fundamentals: kinematics, statics/dynamics, fatigue, tolerancing and GD&T, materials
Experience shipping hardware from prototype to release with supplier/manufacturing engagement
