• Lead and grow a team building AI-native artifact creation across documents, sheets, slides, and new
• Set technical direction for full-stack product systems, generation orchestration
• Hands-on architecture, code review, debugging, system design, and critical product decisions.
• Partner with research to translate model capabilities into shipped product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, infra, and safety to define artifact creation experiences.
• Plan next phase: hiring, milestones, investments, and operating cadence.

• Strong experience leading engineering teams while staying technically close to the work.
• Solid full-stack product engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, infra, and model-facing
• Interest in AI-native creation tools and practical vision for artifacts (docs, slides
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving product and architecture.
• Experience partnering with research, ML, product, design, infrastructure, or data teams.
• Commitment to craft, quality, latency, reliability, and user experience; knows when to build vs.
