🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as an engineering manager of productive teams
• 5+ years as an engineer writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence for your team
• Ability to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering
• Product-minded engineering across mobile, web, and backend
• Experience in consumer and enterprise products
• East Coast base; NYC area preferred
