• Lead the AV Analytics squad in Sportradar’s Trondheim-based team.
• Oversee end-to-end data processing and analytics for streaming.
• Collaborate with offices in Oslo, Vienna, Munich, Warsaw.
• Architect, deploy, and monitor analytics platforms.
• Drive data quality and performance for large datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's in software dev or related field.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and SQL background.
• Experience with AWS (Redshift, S3, Aurora, EKS).
• Familiarity with ClickHouse or other analytical DBs.
• Leadership experience; line management desirable.
• Proficiency with Linux and data modeling basics.
