Engineering Manager- Business Performance (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Lead a hybrid team of ~8 engineers (internal + contractors) to scale the platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability, HL7/FHIR.
• Drive backend architecture decisions in JVM stack (Java, Kotlin); promote FHIR-native design.
• Build integrations as a scalable platform across partners, countries, products.
• Partner with Product and cross-market teams in France, Germany, and Italy to align priorities.
• Champion AI adoption with MCP-native patterns and AI-assisted tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering; 3+ years engineering management with hybrid teams.
• Backend and system-to-system integration: APIs, middleware; JVM (Java, Kotlin).
• Healthcare IT integrations incl HL7 and FHIR; regulated environments.
• Differentiate management between internal engineers and external contractors; proven delivery.
• Exposure to AI tooling in engineering workflows: coding agents, LLM-assisted development.
• Experience delivering products across multiple countries or international markets.
