Engineering Manager - Customer Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Lead engineers on the CDX team across integration guidance and tooling.
• Set technical strategy for open-source tooling and libraries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, CS, data science, and eng teams.
• Balance hands-on integration support with long-term tooling work.
• Hire and grow engineers; manage interview process.
• Maintain high quality, well-documented open-source UI libraries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development, 2+ years leading a team.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React; TypeScript a plus.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Customer-facing mindset working with internal teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Open-source contribution a plus.
